Arrived early, however, reception said we may leave our luggage until our 1500 arrival time. The place was prepped using a Christmas Theme and looked very welcoming, clean and tidy. Given lovely room on third floor with sea view and we where very pleased. Ticked of the evening meals with plenty on offer plus a card with meal times, free drink tokens, room room etc with good rules. Entertainment each night plus, Bingo, Quiz and local Compare who also entertained us. Every one was thrilled, and the hotel staff, either management, bar, food or cleaners acted brilliantly like part of a happy family allowing us all to enjoy their friendship, kindness, and professional strategy for our enjoyment and made our 3 night stay perfect. Thank you, and it was worth while and certainly VFM, worth every 5 stars.

Great service, staff polite and friendly. Rooms have everything needed including hairdryer, soap & shower/hair gel. Entertainment is great Mark does a brilliant job. Good choice of food, served quickly with a smile. Overall a lovely 4 night stay.
Stayed here on a holiday with Caledonian in a superior room. On arrival as well as tea and coffee we also had hot chocolate sachets, biscuits and 2 bottles of water. The chocolate, biscuits and bottled water were not replenished on subsequent days.nnThe room had a settee and coffee table and there was a separate walk in shower. Plenty of storage space.nnBreakfast was buffet style. On the first morning it was carnage as everyone was down at once but after that it was fine. There was plenty of choice and it was replenished as needed.nn3 course evening meals were provided. At breakfast you ordered your food for that evening. Generally the food was OK. It was hot and plenty of it.nnHotel up on cliff near the Spa so if you have mobility issues it might not be for you. 5 minutes to Cliff Lift down to the Spa and about 15 minutes to town
Hotel very clean and tidy and warm. Beds made room cleaned every day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar prices were not too bad for a hotel.
