Comfortable basic rooms that make a good base to explore Scarborough. A little more attention to the finishing touches would make a difference in the rooms. For the price I paid for 1 night you really couldn't complain. This hotel would benefit from providing a breakfast service.

Looking forward to our weekend away. We have stayed at this hotel previously and this time we wanted a better room the receptionist Jess couldn't do enough for me she has managed to arrange a better room for our 2 night stay this weekend. So helpful credit to the company. Danni :)

The sea view room will compensate for the missing amenities. This is a room only hotel, No fridge no bar no restaurant no swimming pool as advertised. The staff are quite friendly except for the elderly lady that worked on reception desk when we checked out on Monday. The hotel is opposite the Clock Cafe. Great place for a coffee an swell views. The hotel is walking distance to the local Sainsbury's and Costcutter. Overall a very romantic getaway ask for room 208.

A lovely, clean, modern and well-equipped hotel which also includes a sauna, relaxation quiet room and a rooftop Zen garden patio area, which also boasts an amazing view over the South Bay of Scarborough. I've always found the staff friendly, welcoming, helpful and what's more, if you book in advance online, you can grab yourself an unbeatable price deal, subject to availability etc. Fully recommended for a hassle free stay in lovely, warm, well equipped and clean rooms. ☺️

On the plus side....great sea view room, good size clean and tidy friendly staff. On the down side....no food or bar available only vending machines. No coffee making facilities in room. Will visit again
