Walked in on the off chance for a look, ended up purchasing a lovely sofa. Was concerned about if one of the kids had an accident on it and Ali said here look and put tea on the sofa waited then wiped it off " look he said no marks at all"" my daughter purchased it straight away. Tan made me a lovely cup of tea and we sat and talked about the sofa and purchase. Both Ali and Tan were really friendly and helpful. Would go back to this shop again.
Ordered 2 beds and waited 6 weeks for them only for the king sized bed to arrive with the wrong half of the ottoman bottom. It’s been 2 weeks and 2 months now. I have called and called and emailed with photos as well have a staff come to my home to see the fault. They came and saw it and admitted the part was wrong yet they have not done a single thing to fix it. They have been telling me that they will sort it out. However I have been waiting for more than 2 months now. Appalling service. How could they commit such a blunder. They bed I am lying on is not in one complete part, it’s just wrong parts that I’ve moved near each other. They absolutely refuse to pick up the phone in their customer care office. I have been told it’s because they are moving offices, but it’s been 2 months and 2 weeks since then. I will not use them again or recommend anyone use them ever. When will you sort out this problem?
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!! I don't even know where to start from !! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We ordered our sofa on the 16th July. Tan and Chandni were the ones helping us in store. When we arrived to the store, we were hopeless as we were searching for a specific sofa bed and apparently this place told us thet can make it happen. We've been told that the mattress will have 135cm width and we were happy about it. 5 weeks later the nightmare has started. We received a faulty sofa bed and the mattress was only 113-114cm width. I email customer service straight away and they advised me yk go to the store and speak with them. I drove 40 min with a baby just to be told that only CS can take decisions on this situation. Tan admited that the mattress was supposed to be 135cm and admittef the fault on the sofa as per our pictures. At the beggining, we were happy for them to get it fixed only if they could change the mattress size as well, however they said the size is correct and they cannot do anything about it, unless the store team member send them an email admitting the mistake.I called Tan to ask him to send the email and what do you think? He didn't want to admit it anymore and he pointed out that there was a gap in our conversation and that I'm trying to put the blame on him. At that point I just told them to come and collect it as it's faulty and doesn't match the description we've been given. It's been a month and I still have the sofa as they just find excuses saying that an inspection needs to be done before taking a decision. This is the worst customer service ever, they never pick up the phone, they don't reply to emails and when asking to speak with a Manager, guess what? There is no one available. Never, ever in my life gone through such a stresfull situation and I ask everyone reading my review to avoid buying from them. I never leave negative reviews, but it's my duty to do it on this occasion. I'm attaching pictures of the sofa.
Excellent customer service as soon as we walked through the door. Looking for a sofa and it came back with us the same day. Got an amazing deal aswell! Ask for Ady Thurrock he will make sure you’re looked after.
Chandni Made the whole experience worthwhile, she was very helpful and helped us find what we needed taking her time and being patient with us. Took measurements for us and offered us a warm drink. Really happy with the overall visit and outcome finding what we wanted. She was able to give us a quote and was friendly amazing customer service definitely recommend! Thank you !!!
Really nice experience, came with my mum and grandma. Walked through the door and straight away was greeted by Chandni at Thurrock with a warm smile and welcome. She helped us with everything, she was very kind and patient with my fussy grandma, ensuring my grandma found what she wanted with the levels of comfort, price and materials. We was very satisfied and found what we wanted in the end. Thank you so much and happy new year!

We bought our bed from mcf. Mr Ashraf is the sale person who served us. He is excellent sales person. He explained everything with every individual details. Which a child could understand. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. We are very pleased with his hospitality too.
