Basildon Borough Council

I have been going through racial discrimination and abused,my front damaged and my cars parked outside my property by a neighbour that just moved into the property behind me because of parking,which the council was aware,up till now nothing has be done. Council rented their garages to those that used it as storages and not for parking cars,this was brought to the attention of Tenancy & Estate Management,all they came up with is no evidence like the Basildon Police officers says but if is the other way around,there will be evidences. I contacted the council on Tuesday 26/09/2017,spoke to Voids & Garage Officer that made me to understand that the council has written a letter to through Email since August,which I never received and if I didn't called their of office I would not know the position of my application on waiting list for the past few years. Basildon Council Housing Services has no emphatic and duty of care toward their service users and their residents,all they are interested is to rent garages out to generate money,even if the so called garages were not used for the purposes.75% of garages on Chevers Pawen are used as storages, but the Estate Management will tell you that is not true. I am now calling on head of housing service to see to this unacceptable misused of garages and racial discrimination within is unit,there are people suffering in silence and the police says that they can't do anything for lack of independent evidence. The question for the Basildon Council now is,how long will this continue in your Borough?
