The event rooms they have are very comfortable and spacious. They have there own personal bar and provide nice snack foods on the lunch menu. The seating is perfect for the event we were there for.

I went on a conference here. The room was comfortable without feeling stuffy or too warm. The toilet facilities were good, including plenty of toilets and good quality food. There was a good sized carpark but it isn't the easiest place to find. Signage could be improved.

Location of the hotel is very good and there are plenty of things to do locally including cinema, bowling and restaurants are plentiful. The hotel itself - Parking is very good, the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is a must as it's excellent food (buffet) and exceptional value for money. Sadly the rooms however (according to myself and 6 other guests) were not up to par. Pros - The beds were comfortable, large TV, good shower. Cons - It was difficult to keep warm due to the double glazing having a fault and the wind blowing through and only a small radiator. The rooms were not fully clean (two of the rooms out of the four). Rooms were very small, had to cram our clothes into the closet and leave the ironing board out in the walkway. One of the rooms only had hot water. The fan didn't work in the bathroom in one room. The rooms were all very dated. And though it may seem meaningful there was no Usb charger ports which should be more or less standard in all hotels now. Good for a night's stay but a more premium room I feel would be needed for a longer stay.

Overall experience was good. Few things they could improve upon are their wash basins are older. Basin taps are older and give hard time to shut it off completely as a result water drops keep on dripping.  Bath towel heater doesn't work. Their restaurant staff can do better when comes to greeting the customers or at least smile.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good, but dinner choices are limited and of poor quality. Although it's located in a leisure park, full of restaurants, they're equally poor.
