Disgusting staff and security. Completely incompetent. And ignorant of the law disgrace
Staff were very helpful...I had John and Angela front of house and they were knowlagable kind and professional. As a disabled lady I only go out when I absolutely have too.....I am always in pain and everyone at the local job centre did their best to accomadate me and make me comfortable. So much better than the last time I went.......when it was in the old location. I needed to see someone from Basildo council too.....so much easier with it all in one place. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Micheal who was very helpful and professional too. All in all I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly kindly and professionally I was dealt with and was soon on my way home.
Their website says they open at 9am on Wednesdays - it is now 09.15, I have been calling for 15 minutes, only to hear a recording each time saying they are closed and open at 9am. Do they not have clocks, or is their system that bad?
God bless the founder of Google. Best thing ever created. Since my mother give birth to me!
Took my documents in for them to verify and send off , guess what they lost them and don't know where all my personal data is. No data protection act here !
