Useless service, loads of people queuing and the black guy on his mobile laughing a joking, serves 1 person then back on phone, 30 minutes later I get served by this clown only to say I can’t send already franked letters off because after 12 on a Saturday but it closes at 1pm, went to the Basildon branch after and they said it’s fine, low life scum needs sacking.

Incredibly helpful staff when the ATM isn't working, very helpful in all endeavours, especially when you have no idea what you are doing!

Used this post office a few times to get a passport application checked. Staff are friendly and professional. They did a good job with my application. Have also used them for sending some packages before, with no issues. They have a photo booth as well for taking your passport pictures. 

Regardless of how old and run down the Laindon Centre looks, the post office is nicely done, and looks modern inside.
