We are proud to provide leisure and recreational facilities for the people of the Laindon & Langdon Hills areas of Basildon, Essex.

Our facilities include a Sports Hall (including 3 Badminton Courts), Function Room (for hire), a Members Lounge and a very warm welcome.

Popular as a venue for events such as parties, weddings, birthdays and other family celebrations, our hall hire facilities can accommodate up to 150 guests.

I DJ 'd at a birthday party on Saturday. Lovely big hall, easy access for getting equipment in. Good car parking. Nice staff, very helpful. Terrific party, everyone up dancing all night. Great venue for a birthday or anniversary, highly recommended. You can do your own catering too.

Always friendly bar. Here for concert which was great. Considering the age of those using the centre it would have been good if snow had bee  cleared from car park.  Also door in disabled toilet doesn't open fully so can't get in easily and scared of getting trapped unable to open door.

Big place. Good to rent out a venue for a family party

Can't believe how well this place turned out, great place overall but great venue for the lads for a weekly kick around

I loved the place the bar staff give 100% Katie if there's any problems she sorts it out right away we are Danny & Roz would give the place 10 out of 10 very clean nice people

Spoke to / met 3 different staff members within a couple of days and each was nicer than the other!  They took the time to explain everything and show me around the place and were extremely friendly and welcoming.  Thanks to Leigh & Brian for their support and help in accommodating a youth event!

We're so lucky to have this in Laindon, it was feeling like a ghost town before.

Since the new face lift,it was nice going in there, thankyou gavin callaghan for doing a good job destroying the place taking out the heating and everything else. Labour will not win May's election this year,so go and find yourself another job.
