Food excellent (haddock and chips) and not overpriced. Dog friendly - waitress offered my spaniel a little chicken as nibble. Perfect for post Pendle Hill walking.

Fantastic food, great atmosphere in stunning surroundings. If you're looking for a country pub with roaring fires after a long country walk this is it. Had the minted pea soup and Sunday roast, absolutely delicious presented to masterchef standards and also stopped in one of their rooms. Great bargain for £125, dinner, bed and breakfast. Can't recommend highly enough

Nice small and quiet country pub. We visited to play a pool tournament and saw that it's modern, clean and nice and cosy. There is food available to order but sadly we didn't have any because we were busy with the tournament. It did however appear to be nice and reasonably priced so we will return to try it at some point in the future.

Very good, just little things that need sorting like hot plates for hot food, we did have a wait but they compensated by deleting a round of drinks off the cost, would definitely return though.

Lovely pub in a gorgeous countryside area, great for a stop off for dinner if you're on a day out nearby.
