So disappointed with the manager Joanne. Drinks menu stated merlot £1.50 cheaper. Told by manager it's an old menu and a mistake! But won't honour the false advertised price. Manager would not even entertain a conversation. Out with my Dad and his wife who spend a fortune in there weekly and still the brush off. Totally unprofessional for the sake of 1.50. It's the principle not the money. Very poor customer service! A disappointing night with the family!.

Very good value for money menu. Has lots of choice and offers. Beers ,wines,soft drinks and coffees are all competitively priced. Have always been served food quickly and had no complaints whatsoever. Has children's menu too. But be aware, you have to pay at a machine for parking, which is redeemed to you when receipt is presented to the bar along with your order.

Today, at 21st February 2018, my friend got a £10.99 Mixed Grill. I sat there envious. It looked better than excellent. The steak was excellent and the chips were crispy fluffy blanched. I am a critique on steak but I must say the service, food and staff are 10/10

Really enjoyed visiting the thatch & thistle! The setting was great for families and friends. The food wasn't 100% however the bar tender Matt made up for That with great customer service! I would bring family and friends back here next time they visit! Customer service really pays off!!!!!!!

We as a family of 6 love coming here, great prices fantastic food & all staff are wonderful & very helpful, wish I could give it 10 stars xxx
