Had to come multiple times to open a savings account but they keep coming up with excuses saying that theres no managers or anything, I still want to open an account at Barclays but I don't know if there are anyone there capable of doing so.....

After a long queue, a female staff reject to open a saving account to me with many excuses, even though it is a easy work. And her attitude is rude and arrogant.

There is no customer service desk and everytime I want help some staff are rude, but overall it is a great bank.

Have been a happy customer of Barclays for years but when I visit the branch these days which I had too otherwise use online and mobile banking. It look like its a funfair of ppl and not a professional bank. Went in the queue and a staff took me out of the line to do thru internal machine but he couldn't do it and then afterwards was back in line for 45min to get to my turn. There were staff present but no one would open another till to serve customers. Really horrified. Barclays u need to do something about this. This was Leicester city centre Branch.
