No Stars at all. I went into this bank with my friend today to speak on his behalf about setting up a conveyancing bank transfer to a solicitor dealing with his purchase of a warden assisted apartment. To my bewilderment and unknowing to me they called the police. I asked to speak to the Manager on entry into the bank and was told along with my friend to wait as the manager was busy. We were then asked to go upstairs to see her. the next thing is 3 police officers came in and we were questioned. At NO time did the bank manager or anyone else ask me why i was with my friend who by the way has never done this before and had asked me for guidance. I am Furious by the unprofessional way this was handled by of all people the bank Manager, if you can call her a bank manager. I shall be making a formal complaint tomorrow. One other thing the police then proceeded to go to my friends solicitors to his embarrassment to verify that he was buying a property would I use this bank? never.
