I gave them a one as the was no option for zero. Again, rang the number on the website 4 times this morning and there was no answer; however, exacerbated by no options or ability to leave a message. Poor customer services

On the whole a great bank/branch BUT They really do need to sort their phone system out - I've called 5 times in one day: the line rings for 2minutes then cuts you off. 6th time I got through. Not good enough.

Very poor service don't even answer the phone. Called number on website twice - no answer then recorded message saying 'please hang up'
