So I've been waiting over an hour to reset my online banking password. I was told it will only take 20mins for someone to assist me, yet I am still waiting. If I knew, it will take that long there's no way I would have waited that much. Edit: my password reset took me 2.5 hours instead of predicted 20mins, no one came to me, I had to ask around the personell why no one's assisting me, finally I found the lady that didn't look very busy, she helped me out. Overall experience-the worst ever. Why don't you install simple tickets system based on numbers indicating your position in the queue? Instead, you put a person here, maximising the possibility of human error and customer dissatisfaction, what else do you expect? Is the overal rating on google is not enough for you to change something?

HSBC played me around today which I was not happy about at all. I was given wrong information twice by different staff. Been back and forth from home to branch 4 times in one day, not very pleasing. However, The Branch Manager (unfortunately forgotten his name) was extremely helpful and although my issue wasn't fully resolved his attitude and CS skills were excellent and kept me calm. It was explained to me about the wrong info given to me and was given many apologies and unexpectedly recieved some money as a compensation. Again, although my issue was not resolved, it was explained to me what actions to take next but because of the help I received from the Branch Manager and another Staff Member, I thought it was worth leaving a review. P.S - Thank you very much Branch Manager :)

Don't believe them if they said 10-15 minutes they meant to say 45 minutes
