Thoroughly disorganised. We have been trying to open a joint bank account. After going in, making an appointment and being told that we'll be able to sort it all out in one appointment we were told we couldn't when we arrived at our appointment. I wish for the staff to perhaps have a little understanding of their own processes and procedures before handing out advice and annoying people to the point where they no longer chose bank with them. Smiley and friendly enough, but that's as far as it goes.

Am sorry but not a single starfor this brunch in Leicester. Been humiliated with my boyfriend's simply because we are foreigners from EU. When asked to speak with manager the answer was NO YOU CAN NOT. honestly the worse service ever.
