Not a very good bank as well as staff

Love NatWest customer care and service usually. But the NatWest branch in Granby Street's Customer care is challenging. Everytime we go the queues are long and the machines regularly break down. The staff never apologise and if you point this out to a Manager they accuse you of upsetting their staff. What happened to 'the customer is always right?' Will be making a formal complaint and will avoid going to this branch again.
