Attended a function here and was extremely disappointed with the service. Had to ask the head waiter a number of times for missing items, which didn't arrive until the meal had finished. We were also continuously overcharged for wine which we were told was a computer error?? The venue itself was attractive and pleasant, although the female toilets were interesting. One cubicle had double doors, with a large gap down the middle, so you could be seen sat on the toilet. One door was rather stiff to open and I saw a few ladies struggling to get out. Probably wouldn't choose this venue for my next function.

We have had a wonderful visit. The Vault was booked for my husband's 70th birthday. We had a group of 22 for lunch. The food was great and the waiting staff who looked after us were brilliant, would like to give them a special thank you. We stayed overnight in a lovely room with en suite double walk in shower and bath. There were lots of special little extra's. Loved this hotel and their lovely staff.

The deluxe room is splendid, nothing at all to fault about it. Well, apart from a noise that kept us up all night, which sounded like banging, and someone hovering. It went on through the night until the morning. The food in the Jetty restaurant is alright I suppose, but if one had a choice of booking a restaurant somewhere else for a meal then it would be ideal. Overall, the bed was so comfortable, lovely spa facilities, the staff were kind enough to listen when we spoke to them about the noise in the morning. A few tweaks and I would stay here again.

Perfect for staying over on business in Bristol. Gym and Spa was included in the rate with complimentary drinks in the room. Breakfast is brilliant and the staff very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here if I was to travel to Bristol again. Great location and a great night's sleep!

This is a beautifully appointed hotel with comfy beds and nice decor. The drawback is the rooms are small because of the conversion from an old bank, so we only just had enough space to get round the bed. The location is very good being in the centre next to St Nicholas market.
