I placed an order with Pizza Hut online at 8.30 this evening after a few conversations trying to find where our order was, our order finally got delivered gone 10.30 and it was cold. Spoke to the manager who was less than helpful. If you would like to order a takeaway and feed your family at a reason hour than please dont use these guys.

Poor. Ordered pizza at 7 for a 10 delivery as we was out. It’s 10:40, can’t get hold of the shop. Keep being on hold. Last week, the called up at expected delivery time to find out if pizza had arrived, only for us to say no and say it was on its way. Want to cancel but can’t. Shocking two weeks.0

Awesome pizza. Fresh, tasty and plenty of topping. Superb customer service. The requested side order had run out, they called to offer a replacement item for greater value but no additional cost. Delivery was super fast, very professional.

Not even worth one star!!! Ordered at 1826 its 1956 and still not order. Rang at 1917 and was told order will be out in 10mins to us!! Tried to ring back to cancel order and phone permanently 'line busy' so cant even cancel
