Love the Haka. Been using it for years. For me their Star dish is the Chicken and Pineapple with its rich a sweet sauce. Was. Had one Sunday. Pineapple was as anemic as the chicken. What little Sauce/juice was watery which didn't matter as none of it could be tasted over the Garlic. Had No idea what the chicken tasted like nor the Pineapple. I couldn't even taste the few peas that was in it. Hmm I hope this was just a temporary glitch. However the Egg Fried Rice and Sweet and Sour King Prawns were to their usual fantastic standard. But please don't mess with the Chicken and Pineapple
Appalling food, satay chicken skewers tasted like baked beans sauce, chow mien was slimy & cold. Chefs chain smoking ciggarettes out the back. Don’t waste your money/time
Was once the best Chinese I've ever had in the UK, unfortunately due to a change in management it has become the worst Chinese I've ever had . Seems to have a weird aftertatse to some dishes and chicken balls well over cooked . Best avoid this place if can and try somewhere else
After I ordered I saw the reviews…bit apprehensive…but pleasantly surprised. Chow mein, chop suey & chicken rice was lovely x
Doesn’t deserve 1 star! Can’t post without at least one. Very salty! Even got a free elastic band in the rice noodle! Will not be a returning customer!
The first time I ordered from Haka, the food was very greasy. I gave Haka another chance; my noodles were sitting in a pool of oil. The service is friendly but that's my only positive comment about Haka.
Rip off just ordered char sui , roast pork and got about 6 pieces and a tub full off bean sprouts!!! So upset
Ordered a Chinese for 5 people last night for my mums birthday. Vegetable spring rolls came with a a big chunk of pork in them. I haven't eaten meat for 17 years, and now been up all night ill. Clearly got a lot of cross contamination. Would not recommend.
The food is excellent quality, they deliver 3 times faster than Deliveroo or Uber Eats but, most importantly, the food arrives piping hot. That has never happened with the delivery companies. Considering Haka does not charge a delivery fee and the food is reasonably priced, I would give them 10 stars if I could. Awesome job guys.
£70 takaway delivery. Most of the dishes were fairly good , beef and mushrooms, possibly worst dish I've ever had from a Chinese though .portion size on rice very generous to the point it is to much and goes to waste . Meat dishes pretty stingy. They got lots of work to do . Fortunately for them bracknell does not have any great chinese restaurants or takeaways
