Went to b&q for a couple of 4.8m long bits of timber, needed chopping down to fit in the car.nnThe staff were so helpful, turned out the wood was 10mm too narrow for the saw, so the fella cut it by hand for me!nnThen he came to the trade checkout and made sure I got a discount as one of the pieces was damaged.
amazing customer service from Mike! came in twice today, both times mike was able to find exactly what i was looking for even when i had no clue what it was myself - thanks Mike!
I must say a very big thank you to the staff in the Building Department at the Crewe store. I had a list of timber sizes that were proving difficult to find. I asked for help and Nikki came to the rescue. She soon had me sorted out, gave very good advice on getting the most value from how my purchases were cut. She then did the cutting and helped load the trolley. All of this done with a friendly smile and lots of patience. I had to the store later in the day and had a very positive experience with Nikki's two male colleagues. Both were proactive in offering help and one escorted me to my car and loaded up the sheets of timber that I had bought. What a great team. Thanks again for the excellent customer service. B Roberts
I went crewe b and q today to get an external door handle and unfortunately they didn't have the one I needed. Mike the colleague there helped me though and he measured the door handle, researched where I could get one that would fit and went above and beyond his job to help me. Thankyou very much Mike, I really appreciate it.
