When we extended our kitchen and needed new floor tiles we visited all the local stores but the quality and range of tiles available at Tile Giant Crewe was far superior. The friendly staff calculated the number of tiles, adhesive and grout to perfection and the finished result looks fantastic. I strongly recommend the team in Crewe - we’ll be back. S

I've made several visits to Tile Giant in Oak Street recently and the customer service stands out, with a warm welcome and knowledgable advice.

Nick and Rob at the Crewe store provided excellent customer service and product knowledge. After doing the usual thing of trawling the local tile shops we returned to Tile Giant because of their customer service. They were happy to answer questions and show you samples, help you choose grout colours etc but knew when to leave you alone to look at the various tiles on offer without interruption. Happy to recommend them.

I have used Tile Giant, Crewe store for several years on a regular basis. I am a trade customer, so require frequent visits.
I always try and direct my customers to Tile Giant. Having dealt with other local suppliers, the choice of product, staff knowledge, pricing and aftersale service is second to none.
It is great to have an ongoing set of people, I can deal with in store. 
Recent additions to the team have proved great decisions. With that said. I hope the new core team of Nick and  Lara and also,  Lee (company auditor) who I have seen and talked to for some time, stay in place.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t have been more accommodating, even gave me about £50 worth of tiles for free just to help me out with a small project!
