I only have one complaint about this store ...and that is the Roast Chicken & Stuffing Sandwich sold in the food hall. I stopped buying this particular sandwich after finding the pieces of chicken to be tough and hard on many occasions. I left it for about a year and then decided to try one today to see if they'd improved. Sadly I wasted my money again because the chicken was just the same .. like old hen!! And M&S sandwiches are not cheap! (In fact Lidl chicken sandwiches are far more appetizing!) I stress that this is my ONLY complaint about this store !! And yes the sandwich use by date is well in date.

Recently upgraded to full a Marks and Spencer store with the closure of the Town Centre shop. It now has the full range of goods as well as the original Food Hall. The staff as always are friendly and Helpful and it is a very pleasant shopping experience. The only drawback is the the of the Grand Junction Retail Park which causes total gridlock you try to leave the car park at the busiest times. The road system was revised fairly recently but it is still not good enough.

Always long queues. Need self service if can't be bothered to employ more staff. It's like cheap food

I found the new clothing shop gloomy and short of large sizes no pullovers above size 14 in the ones I liked. Generally - what has happened to M&S ladies trousers - their lenghts have lost consistency. Many much too long with six inches of fabric on the floor - incomprehensible. Lots of clothes look cheaply made with shortcuts that spoil them. They had some nice dressy clothes but not much everyday wear. M&S is not what it used to be. Very disappointing!
