Had our Pomeranian (Teddy) groomed here today. When we arrived Natalie asked us how we wanted him doing. I told her how we like him done and she took him from us. We went back just over an hour later and he was ready and waiting for us. He was done just how we'd asked. He looked and smelt gorgeous. He'd had his ears and nails done too. Thank you Natalie, we'll be back the next time he needs grooming ❤.

Great store, this is all about customer care. They were quite happy for me to take two items, try them, even cut the tag off (a dog harness) if if it got in the way and then reattach with a zip tie. When I went back to exchange, again the service was excellent. Well done Pets at home Crewe. Definitely recommend this store.

Groom Room is great and the staff are very nice Bobby loves going to have he's hair cut x

Good place to go get everything your pet needs. The also sell Rabbits gerbils etc.There is a dog groomers at the back of the shop and i think a vet as well.
