Nice service. Nice sofa but terrible finish. Leather colour came apart after 9 months on just the one panel, others now starting to follow. Before I get a response....I did contact you and also had the insurance and you still wouldn't do anything for me hence the rating. Shame, 1 star could have been 5. Don't try making excuses now.
A nice atmosphere in the store and Vicky was very welcoming, Well informed and really helpful in trying to find a sofa to fit my wife who's 5' 2"". We had a good laugh and a bit of banter as we walked around the store trying every sofa. Nothing too much trouble. Sadly had to buy a much smaller sofa in the end in another store for my wife. All stock very good quality. Very good shopping experience.
Nice experience in store. I was greeted by Sue who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It's nice to be in a sofa store that's not filled with pushy sales people pouncing on you at every opportunity. She explained how the store works and the current promotion and really took her time with us, giving us plenty of space to look around and consider options. Excellent, how customer service should be.
Very quick to take our money off us but take their time and lack promises when delivering their goods... I honestly have not come across a company who has given such poor service and delivery time for ONE CHAIR to arrive. This is not the only time, with all our orders from Sofology where they have delayed, mistaken and mixed up our orders countless times and have ALWAYS lead us, the customers, chasing after our goods after an extremely delayed delivery and awful service with every single employee there, it is shameful. Every single worker we have spoken to on the phone has NO CLUE where our order is and why they are taking MONTHS to arrive! Not to mention, the hours of being put on hold just to give us no update and no help on how and when we'll receive the one item we placed!! Do you want your customers to feel exasperated and fed up?? If your only response is that you are a 'big company' for these mistakes then DO NOT run a business where you are unable to provide a simple service and actually complete what you claim you are going to do. Also, please do not use Covid for an excuse as this review is due to SEVERAL faults you made since last year when we first ordered from you. This service is disgusting and frankly embarrassing as you fortunately have decent furniture but it is humiliating if you cannot even fulfil customers orders and deliver your goods on time. Only this company is good for is taking your money. Sad to say, but I really do not recommend this company, so save yourself the hassle and time and do not buy from here, trust me!
Lovely team at sofology. Great regular people, not driven by sales. They just give information and their own opinion if they dont like something. The whole purchase of the sofa is something you have to push yourself - there is no pushy sales tactics at all. Refreshing in this time.
I ordered a sofa, armchair and footstool from this company back in December. The day before delivery, 3months later, I had a phone call to say that my sofa had been miss placed NEVER ORDERED. When my sofa finally arrived 7 months later it was missing the footstool. When I rang up to chase, I was advised by RIA that it was never ordered. I specifically remember asking for the footstool and the lady at the Crewe store saying that it was included. When I asked to raise a complaint, RIA advised me that there was no complaints procedure, no manager to talk to and if I wasn't happy then it was basically tough luck! Absolutely shocking service! Worse after sales customer service I have ever dealt with! Avoid at all costs
Great experience at sofology today. Salesman Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. It was a very relaxed experience and he even emailed us full details of our shortlisted sofas so we could measure up at home.
Amy was lovely and helpful when we went in and does not put any pressure on you to buy there and then. After viewing a few sofas a couple of days ago we went away to think about which one we wanted. Now our decision is made and will be going back this weekend to buy it. Would definitely go back!
Very satisfied with my visit to Sofology, Crewe. Sue was very pleasant and helpful. We did not feel pressured into buying if we didn't want to. Will definitely visit again.
I was advised that the foot stool, table and lamp that I ordered would take no longer than 3-4 weeks by the adviser who sold the product, who by the way is not a sales person? 8 and a half weeks later, after being promised it was being delivered into store for 3 weeks it has finally arrived. No communication from the company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will never shop here again!!!!
