I personally love this place...only downfall is aisle are narrow but they are full of products. Something to fill any house in your home, good value for money. Clean, staff have been helpful, if items not on shelves, they will try to order. Added extra a nice little cafe.
As a personal preference I don't like Dunelm the shop we where in was untidy everything crammed in. No one about to ask for things you couldn't find. I find it expensive too. Don't get me wrong the staff we did see where on the checkouts where smiley polite and helpful. Just not a good shopping experience for me
Nice store with friendly staff. I did want to drop in my old batteries as they do advertise the service on line, but they do not. Please get your on line info right and get a five star!
I arrived to pick up a toaster. In the interim time order had been cancelled. The young lady was very polite and informed me that a refund would happen.. I went to look at the toasters in store. The exact one I ordered was on the shelf. The young man was very polite too but said I couldn't have that one!! I could have choose a very similar one but would have been £90 out of pocket until my refund was processed...on this occasion I would give 2 stars for the polite assistants. 0 for Dunelm's online service.
The staff /employees were good as we understood that they were busy as it was a busy day , yet they helped, & provided a good customer service & got a sale. Well done. Dunelm.
I like this shop for the variety of household goods it supplies. The cafe looks a little small but with a kids eat free offer at certain times of the week it is well worth a visit.
Always great for home shopping. Got some beddings at affordable prices. Will definitely go there again
Went in today to look for a Christmas duvet I had seen online, I couldn't see it out on the shelves so I asked a lady and she recalled seeing it somewhere so went into the back and looked for it for 10 minutes and came out with it for me very good customer service!! Would've been 5 stars if they had the full collection of the Teddy blankets as they didn't have the colour/size I was after.
Simply dreadful Customer Service in store in Crewe today. Dunelm blaming the courier, and no help whatsoever from the lady name begins with V at the store door. Left my mother with no avenue to collect a parcel - nor any offer of help or advice. Just awful.
One of the larger outlets that's has a good wide range of products, the staff are friendly and helpful.
