The Range is a fantastic place! I always come out with lots of things I didn't know I wanted! It gives you lots of ideas for gifts. I love the pet section. It does food, treats and toys. There's a lighting department. A kitchen department. There's so much different stuff. You must go! 😁

Parking outside, and a wide selection of products inside. On the downside, as a wheelchair user, I find that occasionally I have problems getting around the maze of aisles when stock is being placed, because it blocks the way. It can get busy in store which makes it harder. No wheelchair trolleys make it difficult to shop because the regular baskets are large and hard to sit on my lap while looking at the products. Staff are helpful but I'd like more on the shop floor to assist. I go back because I like the shop, but in honestly, it needs more thought from an accessibility standpoint.

Gorgeous homewear, great selection of craft materials, nice little coffee area with bathrooms. Very good prices and helpful staff. You never walk out without a bag full!

This particular branch is quite a large store. There is a good range of products and plenty of staff on the shop floor ready to help where they can. The staff seem polite and fairly quick when serving customers which meant I wasn't waiting too long to get served.

Variety and range of products 5 stars Car park 5 stars (although only for 2 hours) Instore staff 2 stars, not a very high standard of public service. Staff at tills 1 star, always quite a hard experience. Cafe staff 5 stars, very professional.
