The Range has a number of good items for home decor as well as usual shopping items found in the supermarkets. Parking is available however difficult to get in and out of. Some items are slightly pricy but veriety is great.
Good finds but I do think sections could be rearranged to make a bit more sense. Staff member who served me seemed miserable as ever, came across majorly impolite couldn’t even look in my direction, mumbling almost as if it was a chore. It very much felt targeted as she spoke to colleagues in a complete different tone and managed to crack a smile on her face. I did see and hear her name- I’ll refrain from sharing; but to the lady to who served a visible Muslim today - lighten up!
Good quality home goods at a great price. Nice vases, mirrors, pictures and silk flowers etc. DIY, tools, kitchenware, lighting and everything you could need. Parking is free for two hours.
The store itself is an absolute eyesore. Graffiti on the side, smashed up and dirty trolley covers, scrappy litter filled flower bed and blocked drains which recreate Lake Windermere every time it rains. Really, really needs someone to fix the issues. I did report these via their website but they ignored it.
Seems to be lack of training every time I enter the store there is a Que to the back of the store with one customer serving and 6-10 members of staff standing around watching him struggle. Creates a very bad customer experience and wastes a lot of people’s time. If you trained your staff to tackle the ques at a fast pace and not avoid serving customers you would be a lot less busy in turn creating a easier less stressful workflow for the staff working and not wasting people’s time.
