Since having my service and MOT done here on my fiesta ST, I was very happy with the service and since had multiple bits of work done with the guys here, springs and wheels and tyres, a new exhaust and soon to be some tuning too.  Will has been a pleasure to deal with as has everyone else. Very very happy with everything done so far and if you’re local I’d more than recommend them.  If you need things fitted/tuning on your car in Portsmouth then these guys are the best!

Recently took my new car for a service and MOT at PSL Performance, booked it all in over the phone. Staff were friendly and polite in assisting me with all advisories that needed to be carried out. Work was done quickly and efficiently and Will definitely be coming back for future Services and MOTs!

Having had what I thought was a really good conversation with Will from PSL Performance, I booked my car in for performance tuning.  On my way to PSL I was unfortunately stuck in a little traffic and arrived approximately 30mins late. I called Will to notify him of this and was told it’s fine.  When we arrived to the garage I asked for Will - who came out looking almost bewildered to see us. I was also taken aback by Wills cold welcome. As it was early I thought I’d give him the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to ask him what the plan/ process was to tune my car. His response was to leave the car as it would take the best part of the day. I asked if there was somewhere we could wait. “Not really” was the response. I then went on to ask if they could recommend somewhere nearby we could pass the time which was met with a shrug. Almost as if talking with me was taking up too much energy.  Simple questions like “when will my car be going in ” seemed to pain him. And he replied with when his other jobs from the night before were completed- even though this appointment was pre booked and advised to come first thing. I’d have been happy to come at a later time if agreed.  At this point alarm bells were ringing as this was a very cold welcome for potential customers that had travelled a good distance for a service. I felt so uncomfortable at this point that I made my excuses and said that I’d be back shortly.  Straight on to the A3 I went and back towards home. I then received a call a whole 2 hours later which I of course ignored. If the service was this bad at this point, imagine what the after sales would be like.  Having used other tuning companies in the past, I’d like to think I know decent customer service when I receive it.  Maybe others have had a positive experience in the past, maybe it’s just the way I look. Lucky escape for me I think.

Have taken my Fiesta ST to PSL twice in a short time and they have been exceptional on both occasions. Honest, friendly and professional. Cannot recommend highly enough to anyone wanting to get a little something more from their vehicle!

Absolutly brilliant these guys, their work / communication & service is absolutly next level. Before getting any decision online or on any forum, just go to them first I made the mistake of taking advise from people within forums online and that was the biggest waste of money and time

Stage 1 on my Mercedes A250, brought the car to life.  Great work, very helpful, highly recommend anyone to get their car remapped by PSL performance.

Friendly approachable staff offering a service I'd been struggling to find locally. A scheduled Cambelt and water pump on Jeep Renegade 2015. Job was completed to time to quote. Fuss free. Recommended.

Great service and great customer service. I always bring my car here whether it's for an Mot or a Service or if I am having any issues with my car they will sort it out for me no problem, and i am always satisfied with their work, will recommend this place to anyone and have done so with my friends and family.
