What an incredible hotel. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. We had an amazing 3 course dinner. Service was quick and the food tasted incredible. The room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel

A hotel that has a modern feel, comfortable beds and a restaurant that is a cut above many British hotels I have stayed at. Maybe lacking in character, but very clean and with friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was good. The bar was not cosy or inviting enough took tempt us. Overall very good value if you are passing through the area.

A wonderful modern and fresh space with attentive staff and excellent cuisine. Rooms here are spacious and well appointed, with great bathrooms. I have attended both conferences and weddings here and find the venue able to cope well with lots of people and still deliver flawless service. The new Oak Suite adds a great versatile space with indoor and outdoor spaces, including the ability to section you off from other guests in the hotel, giving you the feel of a more private space/event. Stacks of car parking both at the front and side of the hotel, still surrounded with trees and gardens. Ow and this hotel even benefits from a helipad! Overall warm and welcoming with a great feel.

The hotel is in a nice location just couple of miles from M1. We went without booking and it was almost full. The rooms are not very big but fine for a overnight stay. Everything was fine. I didn't recognize it is with more than 200 rooms.

Great hotel, Great cleaning staff. The rooms are kept nice and clean and you can expect them to be turned over daily. All the bar staff and cleaning staff are mostly friendly, yet the reception staff seem to struggle with the idea of customer service. The reception staff tend to sit in the back room on their phones waiting for guests and even when they eventually get round to seeing you they don’t have the most pleasant attitude. The food at the hotel was amazing, it was pretty much perfect every night couldn’t knock it one bit! Plenty of parking at the hotel front, back and sides. The bar area is well kept and service is pretty fast... sometimes. All in all would stay here again but not with company as the staff can be pretty judging towards some company staff.
