I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my daughter to celebrate her birthday at Warner Bros. Studio, and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, making our stay truly memorable. I would like to especially highlight Kara Karolina, who went above and beyond when my car broke down and I had to extend our stay unexpectedly. Kara took great care of us, and her exceptional service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant and comforting experience. Her professionalism and kindness truly compensated for the inconvenience of my car trouble.nnI would also like to thank Daniel, Rifat, Jo, Samantha, Archie, Jasmine, Josh, and the entire team for their consistent friendliness and support throughout our stay. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made our time at the hotel very enjoyable.nnOverall, I highly recommend this hotel. The entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the pool had wonderfully warm water, which was a huge plus for us. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so delightful. Brilliant location, I had booked a visit to Harry Potter Studios which is just a 15 mins drive from this hotel so it was a perfect location. Room was nice and clean but the bed was hard and neither of us slept well, plus the fan in the bathroom didn't do it's job, which could do with addressing as there is no window in there and with a daughter that spends half an hour in the shower you can imagine.nService was good, pretty attentive staff on the whole although it took a while to get their attention during dinner. Would have given room and service 4.5 if I could. Overall would recommend!
We only stayed here because we have to buy the package for Warner Bros Studio. But the hotel is quite nice, we got the family room which is big with the living room. The restaurant is decent with the English breakfast option. But the surroundings are not very convenient because it's hard to find other groceries/shopping options. The price is also a bit more expensive than it is.
Stayed recently for our son's 10th birthday trip to Harry Potter world. Staff were fantastic with a special shout out to Dana, Ellie, Gavin, Marie and Melaine for their engagement and kindness towards us all. Thoroughly enjoyed the food on offered and the little touch of a small cake and candle for our son was great and made his day. Look forward to staying here again.
