Special thanks to Abi and Nabs who are an asset to the team here. Was clearly very busy during the time we came for dinner but they were absolutely brilliant, while yes service was slow, both were very apologetic and very clear about wait times, Abi got us drinks while we waited and Nabs came over and chatted to us to pass the time. Food was great, the atmosphere in the new social restaurant was just amazing. We will definitely be back soon, thank you to everyone who looked after us during our stay!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The room was fantastic spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with a soft, comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom, complete with a bathtub, was also impeccably clean.nThe only downside was that some renovation work was taking place during my stay, so there was a bit of noise in the morning and some disorder in the common areas. However, this didn’t significantly affect the overall quality of my stay.nThere was a convenient coffee machine with pastries available at the reception, which was a nice touch. I also appreciated the option to choose whether or not to have the room cleaned each day a helpful flexibility to avoid being disturbed.nnThe location is absolutely perfect: right in the city center, close to shops, taxis, and the train station.nnI also left the room tidy and removed the sheets and towels myself, as it’s my way of being considerate toward the housekeeping staff.We all should do nnI highly recommend this hotel!
Excellent hotel. Stayed here by chance as the place we had booked in St Albans was not suitable. The Premier Inn had availability so we checked in at short notice. All the staff we met here at reception and breakfast were so helpful, friendly, and work hard. All deserve 5*. Our room was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable, fitted out with everything we needed. The breakfast was superb, consistent each morning, stayed for 2 nights, and regularly topped up throughout the service. Love the 12pm check out time, allowing for a relaxed departure. Location close to the centre of town was great too. Only shame is lack of parking but there is a 24 hour multi storey very close by. Well done Premier Inn
They did a great job. Overbooked a night by mistake on standard rate non refundable and after showing proof of the leaving flight they did an exception and refunded me the last day.nnLocation is great, bang on city centre with loads of places to drink and eat. Shopping centre and station are within walking distance.nnOne thing I would recommend Is use public parking since it's much cheaper.
The best hotel I’ve ever been to Very nice and comfortable, with a beautiful, spotless room. I absolutely loved the customer service! Nalah is amazing—so friendly and the funniest person I love the way she serves people, how much she cares, and how polite she is. I will definitely come back
