Feel for Ian the online person who helped with my just eat order. The order was missing items as usual but Ian explained they can't substitute items. Went out his way to help and improve experience as he obviously cares and a good ambassador of store. Good staff let down by availability
Go here at least once a week. Only ever had a stock issue once, decent prices for most things and budget Asda food normally tastes pretty good, unlike most budget food. Yet to encounter an issue with shop and go scanners, they have always been available, even when the shop was mobbed. Just a well run store. Well done. ** Update. I don't know what they are doing at the moment. The layout is just becoming silly and the choices are getting dramatically reduced. Why stock level management is completely failing at the moment I don't understand either. For example, I can accept that Maggie's BBQ cook in bag sauce is a very specific item so being out of stock two weeks in a row is a bit odd, but these things happen. Being out of frozen cooked chicken strips almost three weeks in a row is just poor stock management. Being out of paracetamol for two weeks in a row is just plain absurd. Same with the sandwich cabinet. I'm sure I can't be the only one getting sandwiches for the week ahead but every Sunday evening the choice is pitiful and has gotten worse since they started reorganization. No idea why the prices go up and down like a yo-yo from one week to the next either. Just seems to be to deceive their customers. Increase the prices one week, so the following week they can advertise it's a new lower price and it seems to happen throughout the store.
Went after work they'd clearly has a busy day and shelves looked like the place had been robbed. Got some of what I needed but will have to go back for a few bits. Was hoping to avoid the chaos which is any food store near a holiday time
Not the largest of stores but still has everything you could need including clothes, household and groceries. Fuel station as well. Plenty parking and ATMs
Went to the cafe. Food was OK and same with coffee. The only thing I can say was there was 1 person on and it seemed like she was doing everything her self.
Staff at the self checkouts were not the friendliest. They were huddled in the corner speaking amongst themselves. Not professional at all.
I'd like to thank the staff who helped me today by providing a chair and water when I took a dizzy turn while shopping. They are so friendly and helpful .

Morden superstore open 24 hours a day even on Sundays. The staff are very friendly. The enthusiasts of Polish food will not be disappointed as there is a section with fresh and conserved Polish food in the store. There is also a cafe indoors serving quick meals teas and coffees.
Great variety of items. I bought a scarf and a hat at a great price. We picked up some snacks for the road here as well. The store was clean and had everything I needed.
