Verry desapointed. The worse quality for groceries. Scan and go doesn't work. If you want to avoid wasting your time just choose another place. Update 15/02/22 Dolce Gusto offer 3 for £10 In reality with SCAMI Scan and Go it will be the same £4/each even if you buy 3 !!! ASDA is a big SCAM rubbing people with FALSE offers and displaying wrong prices ! Be vigilant ! You can loose easily £5 at £100 basket with shoppings !
Went to cafe for over 60s soup deal. Do the staff resent this? They were moaning about not being able to have a break, then, upon my asking for 2 tea bags at one time I was told I would be charged for extra tea!!! Tea is advertised as unlimited and as I use a walking stick thought it prudent to ask for 2 to save me having to stand in another queue. Having said this the vegetable soup was lovely and I would recommend this deal to over. 60s to help with the cost of living
You must ask for your cup if you want to serve yourself a coffee after paying for a coffee. Breakfast came out quick and hot so stleast they have something going for them. When I asked about the coffee. The staff member's reaction was of disgust and that it is self serve so I then asked about a cup. Standards could do with being better regardless of your customer.
The tills are packed. All my husband needed was some Puriton and a gift bag. The medicine counter upstairs REFUSED to pit through both the piriton and gift bag and said he would have to queue up again once he had paid for the piriton to purchase the gift bag. STUPID
Build ya own so called breakfast bap! Had to ask for some butter and when so call breakfast bap turn up! It’s a roll with microwaved bacon which was still alive and haft cooked sausages! This isn’t a breakfast bap. Where’s the egg, hash browns?!!!!!!
It’s Sunday one of the busiest times of the week and they only have 3 people on trolly tills, people queuing 5 deep, absolutely ridiculous
Really gone downhill in this morning 10 people queuing at one checkout no more open spent more time queuing than shopping, sort it out!!
It took more than 2 hours to receive an order I made with Über app. A total disappointment. Will never try this supermarket again.
Huge car park wheelchair friendly medium sized store nicely laid out with small bakery for pastries and donuts aswell as a deli counter for fresh cooked chicken and other offerings. Polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Purchased Disney princess cake from there for my granddaughter’s birthday just cut into it to find a 12 inch blonde hair cake straight in bin thanks Asda spoiling her birthday cake
