We transferred here from Garbetts as we were unhappy with their service, and they have been great. The pharmacist is very helpful & friendly, our special order medications arrive quicker and with more choice of flavours, and we even get text message updates so we know as soon as it’s ready to collect.
Booked a flu jab on the 24/09 for 10th of October @11am. Less than one hour before our appointment received a call from Chloe informing us as a matter of fact that that they can't do it. No previous attempts from Wells pharmacy to communicate to us. They called it courtesy call. Had they informed us sooner we could have booked it elsewhere, but it's too late now. Took time off work and so did my wife, wasted a day on those muppets.
Great Pharmacy. All staff extremely helpful and happy to go the extra mile. Massive help during covid lockdown to deliver well out of the way outside of opening hours to make sure my nan had her medication. Would recommend to anyone.
Lovely pharmacy, all the staff work very hard to keep medication going out on time. Especially during Covid-19, have gone above and beyond to look after their elderly and vulnerable patients.
The pharmacist and assistants are always happy to help with any questions I may have to do with medical issues, they always ask how my family are doing. Very friendly staff and extremely professional too
