Today at least the service was dreadful. At least two dozen order numbers called forward while I waited an no more than a handful or orders completed. The staff essentially seemed out of their depth and completely unfocused and most frustratingly unhurried. Not a store I would use again when Pippa Hill is so close.

Despite reserving the item I waited over 20mins AFTER my number was called to go to the collection point!! Others were having to do same although not as long. Apparently my item a small suitcase couldnt be found!!! I felt sorry for the ladies at the collection point as they were getting the moans. Sort out your automatic calling system Argos!!!

The service stinks, they sell misrepresented goods, I'll never ship there again. I bought a wi fi pocket hotspot with 2g ALLEGEDLY pre loaded,argos sold it with the data time expired so misrepresented the goods.
The manager Lee is PIG IGNORANT and should never hold a front line customer service role
I used to furnish my 10 student properties out of argos, well hopefully lees area manager reads this,lees attitude just cost you £7k of business to Ikea. And a customer

Hope this doesn't go wrong now. I have never had a problem here, if i have had to take anything back it has never been a problem the staff have been brilliant.

Awulf. I had purchased a PlayStation game Star Trek on Monday. The game doesn't load being a online game the servers crash therefore, game is not fit for purpose! I phoned customer service spoken with Jackie. She told my to take it back to the store whereby they will refund it . I took the game back to the west gate store in Basildon. The manager there Lee Gernon is the most rudest unhelpful customer representative I have ever come across! Lee G. Stated I cannot have a refund. I ask Lee if I could see the company policy. Lee stated No ! Lee then stated he wants to take the game home to test it. Because Argos doesn't have anyway of testing! I was alarmed that Lee wants to take a customer product home to test is this company policy? Does Lee take customers laptops to his home ? Date protection! Lastly I am then having to return the next day . Not very customer friendly whereby Lee G doesn't believe the customer!
Lee then offered an exchange , but didn't have any stock therefore, I'm told not ask. That I have to return back to the store five hours later!
I purchased the game on Monday couldn't play the game retuned to the store on Wednesday,and then being made to feel like a common theif ,and a Liar ! Loads of my time wasted. I had spoken with three customer service on the phone only to be told they cannot do anything. I then went to pips hill had exchanged the game there ,but the male colleague there had to contact the west gate branch to speak with lee G The colleague at pips hill then stated many times he will have to open the exchanged game. I had to continue to state I don't want the game opened. He then asked me what the problem was I then told him. He replied "yes the game crashes I don't know why the west gate (Lee) has a problem. I then took the sealed game to Lakeside and got a refund.
Argos. Your customer service is awulf. The manager Lee Gernon. Is a nasty manager whom makes it personal. Lacks any customer understanding! I will never shop at ARGOS. I hope the new CEO,and Sainsbury's make some changes. I shop at Sainsbury's, but this might change my mind to shop at Tesco. 4 hours of my day wasted. Two days trying to play a game. Three stores to visit to get a refund. Three customer service spoken with ,and the first Jackie , stated for me to go back to the store ,and get a refund ! Argos your customer journey is shocking
