I have been coming here for years to find those bits and pieces that you can't find elsewhere. My last visit however has left me thinking I will never darken the doorstep again. I was overcharged by £3.20 but only noticed when I arrived home. I went back 2 days later in a perfectly friendly mood only to be treated by two members of staff there appallingly. Apparently I should have noticed it at point of sale and no other shop would be refunding me. When I challenged this the woman became quite rude and hostile. 
Need to work on customer relation skills me thinks.
