Its a local Co-op store. Its not big, and doesn't stock a big range of products. Its OK in the sense that something is better than nothing. Parking facilities are not great. This entire Laindon Centre needs to be regenerated, and hopefully then, Laindon residents will end up with a nice local super market.

It's a local co-op that's convenient for day time visits but not so good after dark as the last time I visited, the local council have started turning the lights off in the evening. It's not exactly a nice mini shopping centre there with the other shops as it's quite run down and parking facilities are around the back of the shops so you have to walk through the gap between the shops and pub or through an alley way type thing made from the wooden work site boards.

THIS COOP BUILDING, AND THE TSB BANK OPPOSITE , STARTING THIS JANUARY, WILL BE THE NEXT PHASE OF THE DEMOLITION AND REGENERATION OF THIS DILAPIDATED SHOPPING CENTER.THE WORK WILL TAKE FOUR OR MORE YEARS.
