Getting a MOT and waiting for it to be done is not so painful when there is free Wifi, hot drinks, snack and comfy chairs that is not that different to where I work. It's also dog and child friendly. A little chilly thought.
Picked up my new car from the used cars department today. The service I recieved was excellent. I was kept up to date on what was happening car was delivered to the branch and when the time came to collect, the process was very quick and simple and Alistair explained everything to me in a lot of detail. Thanks again Alistair, now just need to find a personalised reggy plate!

Excellent experience buying a car from here. I turned up quite nervous and was put entirely at ease by the whole team. Hammad gave excellent advice, talked me through everything and gave me the opportunity to think it through and discuss with family etc. I didn’t feel pressured into buying things and was also advised when products would not be useful for me. Came back to pick up the car and was similarly well looked after by Jamie and Shannon, who finalised everything and went through the car with me. It felt like they really cared that I was happy and comfortable with it all, which I really appreciated. Very happy with my car and the service I received, thank you!
Very helpful from start to finish. Felt the staff genuinely wanted to offer the best deal and able to provide exactly what I was looking for. Helped me with other things such as sorting old paperwork and stuff that probably wasn't outlined in their job description. Accommodated a date and time that suited me best and went above and beyond what I'd expected from a car garage. Definitely recommend
I bought my car from the DS Salon from a professional and thorough salesman about a year ago. The whole process was effortless and can’t thank the dealership enough for treating me so kindly. From the initial enquiry all the way through to picking up my keys I was treated more like an old friend than a customer. Mhairi, my salesperson, went above and beyond. I felt valued and had full confidence in the purchase. All of the team were very friendly and accommodating. I'd use them again, or recommend them, without hesitation. The cup of tea I had showed promise.

Went into see about a car. I was left waiting for hours. Spent best part of day there. Though the staff were friendly they were under staffed.
