The staff are friendly and polite. My car was booked in today for a yearly service and it's M.O.T. I was welcomed straight away at the desk, and was offered coffee while waiting, they even gave my car a valet too!! Couldn't fault their excellent customer service here at all. Very pleased with my car it is like new again, thankyou to you all at Vauxhall Dalgety Bay for looking after me and my car. Margaret.
Excellent Service. Nothing was a problem, and they managed to find me something within my budget but with a couple of extras I wasn’t expecting. The sales person helped me swap my car seat over it’s a tonne weight and the buggy, which I really appreciated. 10 out of 10!
I recently visited this branch, which was completely new to me, looking to purchase my first car. It was a totally positive experience from start to finish. Jack helped us through the whole process, he was there to offer advice and answer any questions we had and was very friendly and professional. He took into account my preferences and budget and he didn't try to oversell anything outwith my needs. The branch overall was excellent and well presented, all the other staff we spoke with were very pleasant and professional. Thank you again to Jack for a great first car purchase experience! I recently bought a car from here and the service I received was exceptional. We dealt with Jack who was very helpful, polite and professional and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. He was able to answer any questions I had and made the whole experience a delight. We were kept well informed throughout the deal about what was happening and were notified of any changes immediately, even checked in a few days after we had the car to make sure everything was alright. A truly great experience which we'll keep in mind next time it comes to buying a car.
I've used this branch for my servicing and mot for a few years now. Everytime I've been welcomed by friendly staff who make the process very easy. The jewel in the Crown is Claire, who always goes out her way to provide an excellent service. From start to finish, giving regular updates throughout. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her.
Just bought a Golf from here and was fortunate enough to have Jack as my sales rep. Can not thank him enough for his professionalism and "no pressure" attitude through the transaction. He was able to answer all my questions in a timely manner; when asked about remaining MOT time and a small scratch on the door he had them both sorted within a few days free of charge. This was my third dealership that I visited and the others don't even come close to how well I was treated here, would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
Just bought my new car from Peter Vardy in Dalgety Bay and could not fault the service I received. I dealt with Jack Laming who was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He took note of my budget and helped to find me a car that met all my needs within the budget. He didn't rush me at all and let me test drive a few cars. After I had signed all the paperwork he kept me informed every step of the way as to when the car would be available etc and answered all my silly questions! When I picked up the car he spent time going through everything with me which was great! Would definitely but a car from him again.

Having a recently bought a car from this garage I have found the experience great. Always in communication and reassuring me through the whole process. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I was offered a courtesy car too as I had no other transportation whilst I was waiting on my new one. Very nice service.
I recently bought a car from here this week and the experience was great! The salesman who dealt with the purchase of my new car was Jack Laming and can not recommend Jack enough if you plan on buying a car from here. The staff are really friendly so would highly recommend this dealership! The car I purchased was a Ford Focus ST Line and I absolutely love it!
