This is a super store and the stock is excellent. Ideally located as has a very big parking area that's free to park. Plenty of other stores to visit in the same retail area including M&S food Hall.
Very efficient, gone are the days of old waiting ages and messing around searching through the magazine. Search for what you want, pay at your own little station and collect your item straight away. Perfect experience, alot of other retailers could learn from Argos!!
Brilliant customer service. Wanted a sat nav not in stock. A loverly young man called Tom processed the order for us. He was the manager I can see how he got the job. Well organised, calm and very pleasent. Make a change most managers hide on the staff room. Thank you Tom
We ordered our nursery furniture from Argos online, the ordering online process was super easy, they gave us specific dates for delivery which were available so we could choose a date and day that suited us. When the delivery date came they texted me in the morning to give us a time slot, and ran us to say they were running late. Service and delivery was excellent and would definitely recommend Argos to friends and family.
Unhelpful or what, when asking for assistance to load 2 large items into my car I was told "it's not policy, get a trolley from the M&S food hall" . Items were not available for delivery either. Poor, thought about a 1 star but relented.
Friendly, efficient staff. Has an eBay collection point. On the one time i've ever had to return a faulty item it was exchanged without any problem. Only minus is that sometimes have to wait what i think is too long to be served. Seem to be short staffed at those times.
Such lovely people work here, genuinely helpful and friendly. Like shops used to be, I would recommend this store to anyone. Shelly was a real joy to deal with. thank you for all the help and advice.
Argos is great. Great prices and so quick and convenient. I have used this store many times and only had to wait 2-3mins to collect. Lovely friendly staff too
I normally go to Argos near me where the staff are always very friendly and helpful but went here as I was in the area and wished I hadnt. A young bloke called joe served me who was very rude. will stick to my local one in future
Really convenient store that is placed on my way home just a couple of miles from the M42. The best thing about this store though is the late opening times, it stays open until 8pm where as most stores close around 5.30
