Good range of wines. I was surprised that the New Zealand section contained so many Australian wines, but that's global tectonics for you. A great place to browse and maybe try a sample or two. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful – they even carried my purchase to the car.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Laithwaite's had a cracking selection of wines, champagne, and cognac. We had a successful trip and found everything we needed.

If you like wine or you are looking for that special bottle for someone you must visit this shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and are happy chat about their wines, giving sound advice and even giving tastings on occasion.

come Into town especially for a parcel. The door and website says they open at 10am. It’s now 10:30 and they are still not open. No answer on the phones either!
