Best experience from sales assistant Kara. Last week I needed to purchase a car seat but wasn’t sure what one, she was openly honest and explained she wasn’t trained to give car seat safety advice. She told me where i could go and get safety checks and a car seat for my make of car - I did this and then returned to get my car seat from Argos because they obviously care more about the safety of my family over their profit as a company. Super speedy service as well. Literally waited less than a minute once I placed my order and it was busy.

The worst customer service ever. Waited in the queue for 20mins. Asked if there were any staff that could help and got ignored. Couldn't use the machine as had a voucher. There were staff who were doing nothing but didn't think to come over and help. Left without purchasing feeling very annoyed

The most depressing and slow moving pace. Staff need to be trained to at least smile and walk faster!!!

I bought a toy online and collected it at the fast track counter. It couldn't have been quicker or easier.

Staff are helpful but very slow and the wait to get one item was appalling. They could do with a better manager to actually manage the staff better and some staff training on customer service and time efficiency to deliver better service. I had to come here to collect an item that was out of stock at another argos so i was not impressed by the waiting and lack of customer service.
