Worst customer service ever received from an Argos store by the Manager her self. Their system was down and unable to give me my eBay order. I understood the system was down and at first calmly asked if with my code could a member of staff please try and look as we all know things are put with in order I was then sarcastically told no and would I like to go look my self whilst leaning and smirking. Absolutely shocking response and behaviour from a Manager. The store was extremely quite with staff standing around and no effort was made to help me further considering I had confirmation and code by email. For me it was no longer so much the fact my parcel could not be retrieved due to system failure but more so how the situation was handled. It then lead to me raising my voice as it was appalling to see a Manager behave in such a way. Definitely more training in customer service and how to handle difficult situations when a customer is unhappy. Overall I will not use the store going forward.

Working for sainsbury means discount works for argos how can you go wrong with that! Everything you could need. Furniture isn't too strong but it does the job it needs to and at the price you pay you can't expect rock hard materials and even though it's not the best it does last if you look after it so that's always very handy as I can't afford very expensive things

Very poor customer service from the manager Theresa. Did not expect such rudeness from the manager. I will be shopping elsewhere next time.

Understaffed, with long waiting times. They misrepresent products and the manager Ivon gets hostile and aggressive and accuses you of fraud, despite having a proof of purchase. They should be reported to trading standards as there are many falsely advertised products which don't match the product description. They didn't want to get the manager as they said (But she's in a meeting) This is appalling service and I'm supprised, Argos are a Sainsbury's company and Sainsbury's wouldn't treat customers this badly.

Painfully slow. Ordered and paid for using their fast track service, went to collect 4 hours later and sure enough they didn't have the item. It took 3 attempts to find this out
