Good customer service and support in buying your goods. The store is laid out over several floors with a variety of different products and services. Although the products are quite expensive they are always to a very good standard and usually the latest version or designers out there. They have good customer services​. Friendly staff that are always welcoming and helpful and it seems like a good layout for disabled shoppers aswell, due to the escalators​ and lifts.

Only popped in for a coffee and a look around but favourably impressed. The store is big but everything well laid out. Cafe was not huge, but clean, good value and staff were very welcoming.

The staff are so friendly and so smartly dressed a credit to John Lewis. Plus Joy was so polite and knowledgeable on washing machines and explained how good John Lewis is.

Staff very helpful unfortunately what we wanted wasn't in stock to take away there and then but will be delivered to home by Friday.
