Like the store and their products. The only thing I don’t appreciate is some staff member staring at me and my mum and kept on asking if we need help? I think every normal human being would understand ‘we’re fine we just looking’ but the women kept on following us which I found very frustrating, Debenhams should have hired this lady for a security guard job not a sales assistant.

Thanks to the brilliant staff at this store, I now have a full set of presents underneath the Christmas tree this year. There was an item that was missing on the shelves in my local Debenhams, but the folks in the Croydon store also thought it wasn't there. Then having a good look in the stock room they managed to locate the item that I wanted. So a very happy customer you can say.

I love Debenhams and good stuff always on sell great value for money. However I write this 1 hour after the leaving the shop, this store has the worst customer service ever. rather infuriating. The only time I experienced great service is last year just before Christmas and the CA was selling me the store card. I met same cashier today using my card I could have thought and swear it's 2 different people..
