If you would like your shopping experience ruined, visit the shoe section Dune, Ralph Lauren section today the 22/11/22 . Just purchased 2 pairs of boots..much to the displeasure of the young female with long black curly hair, I needed to try on 4 pairs to make my decision. She reluctantly came to assist me and rudely stated she can only bring 2 pairs at a time…I didn’t ask for all 4 so ‍. Anyways she reluctantly brought the boots out and I picked my 2 pairs…the whole time giving me silent treatment‍..No hello, no how is the fit? Nothing. She was not serving anyone else. I had a pair I wanted to exchange as well since their policy is no refunds, she couldn’t do this so needed a manager. Here came an even ruder short dark man, just like his junior, no greetings, no eye contact, abruptly asked to see my ID because I have a blue light card which gives me 10% off…went on about spending more to get a £50 voucher..I wasn’t listening..I just wanted to pay and leave this horrendous atmosphere. To add salt to my injury, their bags were not big enough for my new shoes….obviously they had no solution to this and obviously why would they care ‍carried my expensive purchases awkwardly in their small carrier bags. I needed to do more shopping but you know what….not here. Dear HOF….Please teach your staff basic manners towards ALL customers cos I saw the female smile at a nice looking male customer so it’s possible. Their attitude in this shop is very ghetto, you’re at work…adjust accordingly!!! 0/5 stars
Definitely would never go back ! The lady manager of the men’s clothing department is horrid and so rude. I went to get some jeans, found a pair I really liked and they all had sale prices on. Went to pay for the jeans and was told they are full price even though the sale tag was on them!! Could not believe it. Then the bloke who was dealing with me said he would go and ask the manager and all I can describe to you it was like a horrible dragon walking over she looked at me and my partner like we are beneath her ! If looks could kill. She checked and said no you can’t have these at sale price and refused to sell them, I could not believe it I was so embarrassed like I had done something wrong. I even said they are reduced online so why are the now full price in store? She could not answer but continued to tell me it is full price so I walked out with embarrassment and ordered them online with next day delivery and saved £10 pounds. Never ever will I go back to this store or recommend it.
If I could give 0 star I would…Before buying make sure you know their refund policy… The shop ‘s policy on refund is that you’ll only get a voucher back… I bought a pair of adidas online for my child… unfortunately too big for him, I went to Croydon ‘s branch to check if I could find something else or exchange size… I waited, and waited and waited… Nothing really good for his feet…I exchanged the shoes with another pair but I wasn’t happy with this purchase at all… My son needed desperately a pair of school shoes, and we got back with the only size and shape we found in the premises. It would have been much easier and fare for customers that they could get they refund money back AS THE MAJORITY OF OTHER PLACES as I didn’t need a voucher! I felt it a complete scam and this is the reason I’m never coming back in this shop. BYE BYE
Completely disgraceful company, my mother ordered sliders for me, and all that arrived inside my parcel was a parcel addressed to another person, and inside that parcel was spot cream. They then refused to refund my mother, we even provided a video and pictures of us opening the parcel as the weight was completely off to what it should have been. I'm thankful the order was only £55, as costumer services were absolutely useless, and appear to not be able to understand English, even with the clear evidence provided.
Hi, I ordered couple of trousers almost 2 months ago and have not received the order as yet. After few correspondences I was assured the items will be delivered soon and was not. Again after 2 weeks of wait I contacted them and had no response to my email, however, after few days I recieve an email of cancellation of order on my request. I do not recall requesting cancellation, I have been waiting for my item almost 2 months and still to date. Not happy at all with the service, the way it has been dealt.
The staff with the bossy management, the online price they take the deposit, but you go to the shop to buy you also have to pay the deposit, the staff is always bossy to customers, despise customers, don't know How do their owners manage them, even as gifts for guests they sell, not give as advertised on the internet. This is called dirty eating and fraud.
Went in today to buy some YSL products and testers were limited so asked a dark skinned female in a red dress if there were more available and what shade one of them was as the number had rubbed off, she barely looked up from her phone to tell me her eyesight wasn't that good before walking away still engrossed in her mobile. No wonder staff were just huddled together talking with very little customers in sight if this is the usual service. Left in disgust
I purchased a trench coat and asked for shipping to the Netherlands. I received it 10 days later but was disappointed to find that the contents were not what I had purchased. I immediately contacted customer service to inquire about the return, and the staff gave me a shipping barcode that was not usable at all, causing me go to the parcel center in vain. The second time I contacted customer service, I clearly asked for a free shipping barcode to return the wrong package, but the staff asked me to pay the international shipping fee of €16 first and apply for a refund afterward. I have already paid £180 for the coat and never received the correct item after a long wait. Then I have to pay an extra €16 for shipping it back. I'm not even sure when I'll get a refund or the correct package. This made me feel very anxious and disappointed.
