Appalling service in cafe. Queued for 20 minutes. No hot food available. Drinks served in paper cups. Ok, so they had problems, but no attempt to placate customers. Even missed out the usual biscuit with the hot drink. Only one person making drinks. What were the staff who usually did the hot food doing?

Really nice store. Great selection of everything. M&S food is really good quality. Clothes are good quality. Easily accessible by car or by public transport.

Shopping for bras today - It's a minefield.Would be great if they had more staff to assist though endless choice of push- ups,balconies,under wired,sports, plunge and countless more.However I was given superior service by Nikki. She's a lovely assistant and I felt valued as a customer.

Nothing usaul like most stores has deteriorated and the toilet facilities are smelly and disgusting with the hand dryer next to the urinal so any man wanting to have a p has to wait until I have dried my hands pity if he is in a hurry I suspect they do not want to use them
