Good array of products. Pretty much kitted out my new flat at a discounted rate! It's always a risk finding the exact items you need in bulk so it pays to keep back after a few days.
3hrs parking is not enough for weekend visit. Cafe see pics was okay but staff need training to serve people who are in queue and not queue jumpers. Store is filled with clothing but your are at your best to hunt for some good deals. The aisles are so small you are rubbing shoulders with another person all the time. Only one out of two lifts was working. Good luck finding what the buttons in lift are forsee pic. First floor home department is good with contemporary items. Small toys section but I would prefer the specialist toys store across. Staff are regularly clearing up aisles and placing things back in rack.
Now it is currently 19:22 and it is closed , I checked the website before coming in and it’s said in green letters that Good Friday opening hours until 9pm, please do change it if it’s not accurate
A quick visit to TK Maxx for the coffee shop. Got a Luxury Hot Chocolate which went down well and had the seasonal Butterscotch Latte went down very well. It was busy so limited seats. I would recommend this as a good place to stop and cheaper than Starbucks or costa
The duty manager of the store is unprofessional and lack of communication skills, behaving in a quite arrogant way in communicating with customers on a small issue.nnWe wanted to return a few pans and pots that we believe is faulty, which were advised by the online customer services - examine and return in store. It's actual okay if the store refused to accept the products from online order - it's just a few pots and pan. However, the way the duty manager communicated with customers on their decision is arrogant and not convincing - ”we have decided that this is not manufacture faulty, so we cannot accept the items in store.”nnIt is such a small issue. It's hard to believe that this can be escalated by poor communication skills.
