Never enough staff on the tills. 2nd time of being here today and the service is terrible
Tried to return an item unfit for purpose and unused, manager and staff did not understand consumer rights and refused refund. Disgusting behaviour - appalling customer service. Will avoid this Argos store in the future.
Staff no clue about consumer rights and their responsibilities. My husband tried to return a faulty product and refused a refund or exchange due to it had been fitted. No way could have known it was faulty until you fit it. Lucky I am not charging them for the damage it caused. Lack of staff training evident. Will escalate to get a refund but a waste of time and effort when a little common sense should of prevailed
Worst store I've been in, staff don't seem to know why they are there.
There was a long queue there at Argos, there were just two persons serving the customers, it caused a long waiting time for click and collect. They should have more people serving to avoid this long queue.
Awful customer service in this store, always kept waiting and then staff are just rude. Had problems with an order where I was given the incorrect product, I took it back was refused a refund as I didn’t have a receipt for it as I was given it incorrectly, no apologies at all from the staff and kept waiting 30 minutes. Twice I have used this store and found the staff to be rude and unhelpful particularly the supervisor. Would definitely avoid.
Nice store, a little small but a great range of products. The staff here are good too.
Ordered some items on my argos card and forgot to take it when picking up. I had my email, text msg, argos card app and loads of other I.d. but still refused to let me have my order, and considering I came from Lancaster and explained it was for my son's birthday the next day, I thought it was a really rubbish experience. I work in retail and understand about the guidelines but with everything else I had on me to prove my identity and what i was collecting, it should have been enough.
Hannah, you are a star! Helped me with mifi box pairing. Had struggled the whole of the previous day. Hannah is kind and courteous delivering a grade A service!!
Selling second hand controllers then refusing to exchange even when bought extra cover for faulty. Customer service shocking. Reported to trading standards breaking law.
