This is the third or 4th time I have used Brown's Carpet Care for my beautiful floor rug ! Very happy with the care and quality I have recieved
I had originally called to have the urine odor from an area rug removed. The carpet technician had advised me that it would be removed and, if not, to call them back. The smell was removed. We are very pleased. Thank you!
My carpets looked worse after he finished than before he started. Carpets were left "crunchy" after they dried....not rinsed well? I would not recommend this company
Great job done. Showed up on time, and one pass did it. Good equipment left the carpets fairly dry. Will be using him again.
