Very pleased I chose Bay Bed Company, rather than a chain store. The showrooms are in a good location off the front, near a bus stop & the centre of Morecambe. I was asked what I wanted & shown the options then ordering & paying was easy. There are lots of beds & mattresses across three floors to try out. I was told 4-6 weeks for delivery & it has arrived today, after 4 & a half weeks. My old bed & all the packaging have been removed & the new bed has been assembled. All the staff were efficient. A very easy process. Thank you!

Lovely service until paid, then not bothered with helping with any issues. Delivery asked for a call when on way with mattress, so old matteress ready with bedding off etc, didn't receive. Matteress came with heavy duty plastic and cardboard which took a lot of effort taking off then had to make a tip run to get rid of it. Definitely would not recommend.

Bed was delivered ahead of schedule. They installed the new bed and removed the old one and all the packaging free of charge. I'm very happy with the purchase and would recommend Bay Bed Co..

Got our new bed base today ,fabulous service ,got it up our awkward staircase, put it together for us ,really great guys ,couldn't be more helpful, thanyou so much .

Over 3 floors, good selection of beds, with a good range of prices, depending on your budget, unfortunately not good for wheelchairs, parking on street if you can get a space, overall good staff friendly and helpful

Local Company, pleasure to deal with - This is my fifth order now-I order all the mattresses for Castle Properties Lettings through this company and have been so impressed with their service - we have ordered one for ourselves.

The female shop assistant was lovely / however after having paid thousands the manager was rude and Unaccommodating re: a simple request around delivery. His attitude resulted in us cancelling our order. We subsequently bought the same bed from Lancaster and the manager there was extremely accommodating re the same delivery request - totally different experience altogether.

Great service, friendly staff and delivery was within quoted timeframe. Quality of products certainly worth the wait, can’t fault the bed or the new headboard purchased from here.
